Medusa is an independent family run business founded in 2021 by Jaic Miller. As we created the brand ‘Medusa” we set out with a clear vision – to bring something unique and enticing to the UK culinary and drinks scene. The name Medusa originated from 'an apotropaic symbol used to protect from and ward off the negative’. This quote represents the objective of the brand which is to provide “an escape from reality” through spreading positivity to the people of the nation.
